IN DEVELOPMENT
TAC DINE SYSTEM
New Cordless Crack Injection System in Development
Fiberdine is developing a new cordless crack injection system based on patented technology.
Development details
The system is being developed and evaluated for crack-injection work, with a compact hand-held-tool format and an 18 V cordless power source.
Detailed specifications, mechanisms and compatible materials have not yet been released.
The product is planned as part of the TAC DINE SYSTEM, combining TAC DINE materials with dedicated application equipment.
To maintain application quality and appropriate product use, supply is planned to be limited to authorized dealers that meet Fiberdine’s handling requirements.
This product is under development. Specifications, appearance and sales arrangements may change.
PRODUCTS
TAC DINE Product Lineup
Products for concrete repair, reinforcement, protection and injection.
Solvent-Free CP-10 for Hairline-Crack Repair
For hairline cracks generally up to 0.5 mm, low-viscosity solvent-free CP-10 can be considered. It reduces concerns associated with solvent-derived odor and volatile components and does not require special pressure-injection equipment. PS-10(G) production is currently suspended, but CP-10 does not replace every PS-10(G) application.
REINFORCEMENT FIBERS
Reinforcement fibers used with TAC DINE
Five reinforcement-fiber options for foundation reinforcement, concrete reinforcement and hybrid-method applications, selected according to the substrate and required performance.

INFORMATION
Frequently Asked Questions
What is TAC DINE?
A series of two-component epoxy-resin products manufactured in Japan by Fiberdine for concrete protection, repair and reinforcement.
What is the TAC DINE hybrid method?
It combines TAC DINE resin with reinforcement fibers to repair and reinforce concrete structures, including residential foundations. See Products for the materials and the TAC DINE application procedure for the work sequence.
Does crack width change the repair method?
Yes. Required resin characteristics and repair approaches can differ by crack width and condition. Fiberdine’s technical paper uses a practical three-type classification: 5 mm or more, around 1 mm to several mm, and 0.5 mm or less. Actual selection should also consider possible resin loss and substrate condition. See Crack Repair Principles.
Where can I find product documents?
See Technical Documents for documents organized by product.
Which reinforcement fibers are available?
Japan-made aramid, aramid processed in China, carbon, glass and basalt sheets.
