Selection and application
Selection
For pressure injection into cracks generally 2 mm or wider where curing on a damp or oily surface is required.
Application
Remove removable water, oil, dust and weak material, then inject gradually with the dedicated hand gun.
Cartridge / 24-stage mixer-nozzle setup
The procedure below follows the TAC DINE cartridge and nozzle setup document and covers the 24-stage mixer-nozzle configuration used for discharge.
Prepare the cartridge
Remove it from the box and place it on a flat surface with the retaining cap facing upward.
Remove the cap and seals
Remove the retaining cap, then remove the semicircular seals from both the base and hardener cartridges.
Install the mixer nozzle
Attach the mixer nozzle to the outlet with the retaining cap. Orient it so the internal divider spans both outlets at a right angle to the alignment line.
Adjust the discharge rate
The assembly can be used for crack injection in this condition. To increase flow, carefully cut the nozzle tip with nippers or a large utility knife.
